2. Can You Offer OEM & ODM Services?
Yes, we can offer OEM and ODM services according to customers requirements. Whether it is customizing specific functions, colors, sizes, or making personalized adjustments according to the customer's design concept, our professional team will assist throughout the process to ensure that every customized order accurately meets the customer's expectations.
3. How long is your production lead time?
It depends on product and order quantity. Normally, it takes us 25-30 days for an
order of MOQ. If in stock, the shipment will be ready in days.
4. Wonder if you accept small orders?
We accept small orders. Every CJTI's customer counts and we will try our best to satisfy your needs. So don't worry and feel free to contact us.
5. What's your payment terms?
We always accept T/T or L/C at sight, 30% deposit in advance while the balance 70% before shipment. Other payment terms are also negotiable.
6. Can I get the information of customers you previously cooperated with?
We have many regular customers world around. But sorry we cannot give you information because it is confidential. And the same treatment will be offered to you if we reach agreement and start our cooperation.
7. Will you offer me pictures or drawings to ensure?
Yes, regularly we will give drawings of each product to you to confirm after the order has been put. With your confirmation, fabrication will be started.
